By using the website and/or subscribing to the newsletter, you authorize 1840 Tavern to transfer, store, and use your information only for which it was intended only (ie signing up for a newsletter or requesting an event).

1840 Tavern will not track or use browser cookies to track our consumers’ activities.

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about resources, blog articles, events, specials and website(s). The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these terms of use. We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users/ visitors from our newsletter service without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem as registered with fake, malicious or spam oriented emails.

Upon registration, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. You have the right to remove yourself from the newsletter subscription list at any time. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of this email, or any subsequent newsletter you receive. Alternatively, please email info@1840tavern.com to request to be removed from the subscription list. 

Non-Discrimination Policy

1840 Tavern will never practice discriminatory policies in our place of business. All customers are welcome to our establishment. The customer may not, however, show forms of aggression or violence toward any staff member or customer.  We reserve the right to revoke access to our establishment if a customer that is physically threatening, aggressive or violent with fellow customers or the restaurant staff.  The aggressive/violent patron will be asked to leave followed by a report to the local authorities.
